What you would Expect During your visit

What we would Expect After your visit

Visiting a new church for the first time can be a little intimidating… we know. At Fountain of Love Church, we’ll make sure you feel right at home. You’ll find ordinary people who love Jesus and who practice a real faith in a real God! You’ll find a family of believers who live day by day with a hope that can only be found through God’s grace and mercy; you’ll find friends who’ll be glad to see you and who will be thankful for your presence.

Our Sunday gatherings are usually around 90 minutes. We begin by singing 3 or 4 songs that focus on Jesus, followed by a relevant message that teaches spiritual truths about God while being practically applicable to your life. We end our gatherings a number of ways; usually through allowing people a time to respond to a challenge given in the message (we call this the ‘altar call’).

Our worship service  starts at 11:15 am in the church auditorium. Come in the front doors & you’ll find the ushers who will assist. You’ll meet new friend, or get directions to the nursery & restrooms! The atmosphere is warm, friendly, joyful and upbeat. We normally start with a welcome and a few announcements or a video. Then we’ll spend some time singing thru a blend of contemporary modern worship songs and maybe some traditional hymns, too.

We have a the choir who’ll lead us in worship. Then  the pastor will teach us a relevant message from the ultimate source of truth, God’s Word. After a time of response to anyone who needs prayer, encouragement, or salvation, we’ll dismiss. On certain Sundays, we’ll partake in Communion, as well. To watch one of our services, click here. Your children are welcomed to stay with you… but we also provide Nursery & Pre-teens (just check with the usher) prior to the service starting. Following the worship music, our elementary-aged children are dismissed to their class for an engaging lesson on their level. Feel free to join them (or walk them over to meet their teachers and see their environment). And yes, we secure our buildings and have ‘greeters’ walking the property to ensure your child’s safety and your peace of mind!

Parking is available at the back of the church will street parking spaces for the residents. There will always be a smiling face waiting to greet you at the front door.

As you’re walking to the building, our greeting team will meet you and show you where to find the auditorium, restrooms, and children’s ministry. If you need anything throughout the morning just stop by and ask the ushers or, just ask anyone. We’re a friendly family, and we’d love to serve you.  As a guest there’s always a spot reserved just for you…

We dress pretty smart and casual around here, but if you want to rock a bow tie, then please go for it! The church is made up of people from different professions including construction workers to execs to college students, and everything in between. With that comes every style in between too!

One thing for certain, no one here is concerned about how you look when you come to church. We are just concerned that you come. You’ll find some people dressed in their Sunday best and others dressed ready for the Titan’s game.

We realize that God is not as concerned with our outward appearance as He is with our heart. So, come on over to see us this Sunday and we’ll worship an incredible God together…just as we are!

There are dedicated children and teens teachers and classes. Let us know it’s your first time, and we will walk you through the process and give you a guided tour.

Each classroom is kid-friendly, age-appropriate and staffed by church team members who love Jesus and our kids.

You will have the opportunity of being welcomed by the church  members and pastor during service, but don’t be shy. Where you are not comfortable as a first timer to raise your hand when asked, then just relax. You can ask any member or the ushers to take you to the pastor or member of the pastorate for a chat after the service. Coffee and hot water (for tea or cocoa) or little refreshments are provided at the end of the service.

As a community, we are growing through our study of the Word, communion, worship and fellowship.  Our weekend services happen at 10:30 am on Sundays.  The service will be identical in programming and children’s ministry.

You were gifted by God to do good works.  When you serve, the body is built up like it was supposed to be.  We need you.  We want to serve with you.

You were meant to be known and loved and cared for.  You were also made to know and love and care.  Our small groups are people who gathers with commitment to make life work better together.  We’d love to improve someones life with you together.

At Fountain of Love Glasgow, we are devoted to helping the poor, both here and around the world.  We are also committed to be a blessing to our community.  We want to be a people who have irrational generosity.  We believe that we grow in our faith when we surrender our finances to Jesus Christ.  We have high transparency in our financial dealings and seek to honour God in all that we do.

We have growth tracks that allow you to grow as a believer. These course explains who we are as a church, who you are as a child of God, how you are gifted and how to further your connection with Fountain of Love Glasgow.  We will be hosting this some times a year.

We were ministered to by someone before we gave our life to Christ. God have asked we do same to others. We would love you to then become part of  the evangelism that holds on Saturdays. During evangelism we try to share tracts an let the community know that Jesus loves them. By doing this, we are fulfilling the commandment of God.

We’re so glad that you took the time to check out our website
